Gastwerk Hotel Hamburg, a 4-star wellness hotel in Ottensen, occupies a painstakingly renovated historical brick building that was once a gas plant. The 6458 ft² lobby features extraordinary industrial architecture with raw brick walls and daylight flooding the entire five-floor high space. This design hotel offers 141 rooms across various loft categories and has received multiple awards for its unique architectural symbiosis.

Industrial Chic Lofts

The hotel offers seven loft categories including S Loft Atrium rooms with views of the light-flooded lobby and its extraordinary industrial architecture. Rooms feature functional exposed concrete, large windows, rain showers, Nespresso coffee machines, and soundproofing. The M Lofts on the ground floor share space with the Cosy Spa, blending work and relaxation environments.

Mangold Restaurant Dining

Mangold restaurant serves many different influences from regional and international cuisine with fresh, creative surprises in a cosy loft-atmosphere with wide terrace. The bar turns classic drinks into unique interpretations using secret ingredients by the bar team. The Wintergarten serves as a perfect lunch location for conference guests during weekdays.

Cosy Spa Wellness

Cosy Spa by DAYSPA Hamburg offers Ayurvedic massage known as Abhyanga in both partial and full body oil massage treatments. The spa features sauna facilities that must be reserved in advance and professional team providing a wide range of treatments. Personal training is available outdoors in the adjacent park or along the Elbe river with certified instructors.
